How orders arrive
A new VIP client shows up 10-20 minutes after the previous order closes. Tap the bubble above them or the client to open the order card.
An order is 10-40 phones of 1-3 different models. Models are picked from your latest researched models and up to 3 models ahead of you (not researched yet).
Value and multiplier
Payout = sum of the phones' list prices × multiplier. The multiplier is usually 5-9x, sometimes 9-14x and rarely 14-20x. The card shows the normal sale value, the payout and the multiplier.
Accepting, delivery and penalty
- You have 10 minutes to accept or decline an offer; declining costs nothing.
- If the order includes a model you haven't researched (locked), the accept button is disabled.
- Once accepted, the delivery timer starts: 3 times the order's production time on a single line (at least 3 minutes).
- The phones of an accepted order are reserved in your warehouse; regular customers and the online store won't sell them.
- If everything is in stock, "Deliver Now" completes it instantly.
- If time runs out, the order closes and you pay a penalty of 20% of its value (your money never goes below zero).
Tips
- Keep a few of your latest models in stock. Most orders ask for your newest models; with stock you deliver instantly.
- Tap a model on the card. Tapping a model on the order card lets you pick lines and start producing it.
- Put the same model on more than one line. Delivery time assumes a single line, so two lines finish with plenty of time to spare.
- Locked model and a long research? Decline. There's no penalty and a new client arrives in 10-20 minutes.
- Don't miss a big multiplier. Anything above 14x is rare; it's worth dedicating your lines to it.
- It counts for the weekly contest too. Delivered phones are added to your weekly sales (see Leaderboards & seasons).
