Bu şartlar, SIGNA GAME tarafından geliştirilen Cell Phone Tycoon mobil oyununu ("Oyun") kullanımını düzenler. Oyunu indirerek, hesap açarak ya da oynayarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan lütfen Oyunu kullanma.

1. Kimler oynayabilir

• Oyun 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir.
• 18 yaşından küçüksen Oyunu ve özellikle gerçek parayla satın almaları ebeveyninin ya da vasinin izniyle kullanmalısın.

2. Hesabın

• Oyuna Google / Google Play Games hesabınla ya da misafir olarak girersin. Hesabının güvenliğinden ve hesabınla yapılan işlemlerden sen sorumlusun.
• Misafir hesabı yalnızca o cihaza bağlıdır: Oyunu silersen, cihazı sıfırlarsan ya da çıkış yaparsan misafir hesabına bir daha giremeyebilirsin. İlerlemeni korumak için hesabını Google'a bağlamanı öneririz.
• Hesaplar kişiseldir; hesap satmak, kiralamak, devretmek ya da başkasının hesabını kullanmak yasaktır.
• Oyuncu adın, şirket adın ve açıklamaların uygunsuz (hakaret, nefret söylemi, müstehcenlik, başkasını taklit etme) olmamalıdır; uygunsuz adları değiştirebilir ya da kaldırabiliriz.

3. Oyun parası ve sanal öğeler

• Oyundaki para (dolar), seviyeler, VIP, görünümler, unvanlar ve diğer sanal öğeler yalnızca Oyun içinde kullanılabilen, gerçek hayatta değeri olmayan öğelerdir. Gerçek paraya çevrilemez, iade edilemez ve Oyun dışında satılamaz.
• Bu öğeleri satın aldığında ya da kazandığında sana Oyun içinde kullanabileceğin kişisel, devredilemez, sınırlı bir kullanım hakkı verilir; mülkiyeti SIGNA GAME'de kalır.
• Oyuncular arası para gönderme ve VIP hediyesi karşılıksız hediyedir. Oyun parasını ya da hesapları gerçek para veya başka bir karşılık için alıp satmak yasaktır; tespit edilirse ilgili hesaplara yaptırım uygulanır.
• Oyunun dengesini (fiyatlar, ödüller, süreler) Oyunu iyileştirmek için değiştirebiliriz; bu değişiklikler sanal öğelerinin Oyun içindeki değerini etkileyebilir.

4. Satın almalar

• Gerçek parayla yapılan bütün satın almalar Google Play üzerinden yapılır ve Google Play'in şartlarına tabidir. Güncel fiyatı satın almadan önce Google Play gösterir.
• VIP aboneliği aylıktır ve iptal edilene kadar her ay kendiliğinden yenilenir. İstediğin zaman Google Play > Abonelikler'den iptal edebilirsin; iptal ettiğinde VIP, ödenmiş dönemin sonuna kadar sürer.
• VIP hediyesi 30 günlüktür ve kendiliğinden yenilenmez.
• İlk alışveriş indirimi hesap başına bir kez, ilk gerçek para satın almasında kullanılabilir. VIP aboneliğinde indirim yalnızca ilk ay geçerlidir; abonelik ikinci aydan itibaren normal aylık fiyatla kendiliğinden yenilenir.
• Hoş Geldin Paketi (eski adıyla Başlangıç Paketi) hesap başına bir kez satın alınabilir ve oyunda ilk kez gösterildiği andan itibaren 24 saat satışta kalır; süre dolduktan sonra yapılan ödeme onaylanmaz ve Google Play tarafından iade edilir. Paketteki VIP denemesi 3 gün sürer ve yenilenmez. Premium Sezon Kartı yalnızca satın alındığı sezon için geçerlidir; ulaşılan kademelerin premium ödülleri (bir kez 3 günlük VIP 1, oyun parası, profil çerçeveleri, unvan) toplanınca verilir, VIP süresi yenilenmez. Satın alma iade edilirse premium yoldan verilenler geri alınır.
• Son Şans Paketi yalnızca Hoş Geldin Paketini almamış oyunculara, hesap ömrü boyunca bir kez ve oyunda ilk gösterildiği andan itibaren 6 saat süreyle sunulur; süre dolduktan sonra yapılan ödeme onaylanmaz ve Google Play tarafından iade edilir. Paketteki 1 günlük VIP ve 24 saatlik Reklamsız Geçiş yenilenmez; Reklamsız Geçiş, ödüllü reklamla verilen ödülleri reklam izlemeden verir ama bekleme sürelerini kaldırmaz. İlk alışveriş indirimi bu pakete uygulanmaz.
• Kumbara: oyunda kazandığın oyun parasının bir kısmı ek olarak kumbarada birikir (oyun parası, gerçek değeri yoktur); kumbarayı kırmak tekrar tekrar satın alınabilen bir üründür. Kumbara en az kapasitesinin %10'u dolmadan kırılamaz; bu durumda yapılan ödeme onaylanmaz ve Google Play tarafından iade edilir. Kırınca içindeki oyun parası hesabına geçer ve kumbara büyür. Birikim oranı ve kapasiteler oyun dengesi için değiştirilebilir.
• Satın aldığın dijital içerik satın almanın hemen ardından hesabına teslim edilir. İade talepleri Google Play'in iade kurallarına göre Google Play üzerinden yapılır. Bir satın alma iade edilirse, o satın almayla verilen öğeler (para, VIP süresi, unvan, görünüm vb.) hesabından geri alınır; bu nedenle oyun paran eksiye düşebilir.
• Yaşadığın ülkenin tüketici mevzuatından doğan yasal hakların saklıdır.

5. Davranış kuralları

Oyunu herkes için adil ve keyifli tutmak için şunlar yasaktır:

• Hile yapmak: Oyunu değiştirmek ya da değiştirilmiş sürümünü kullanmak, bot, makro, otomatik tıklayıcı, bellek düzenleyici ya da benzeri araçlar kullanmak.
• Oyundaki hataları kasıtlı olarak kendi lehine kullanmak. Bir hata bulursan lütfen Ayarlar > Sorun Bildir'den bize haber ver.
• Sunuculara izinsiz erişmeye çalışmak, Oyunun işleyişini bozmak ya da aşırı yük bindirmek.
• Sohbette ve adlarda hakaret, taciz, tehdit, nefret söylemi, müstehcen içerik, spam, reklam ya da dolandırıcılık.
• Kendinin ya da başkasının kişisel bilgilerini (telefon, adres, şifre vb.) paylaşmak.
• Oyunun yetkilisi ya da başka bir oyuncuymuş gibi davranmak.

6. Yaptırımlar

• Bu şartları ihlal edersen uyarı, sohbet yasağı, süreli ya da süresiz oyun yasağı uygulayabilir; hile ya da hata istismarıyla elde edilen oyun parasını ve öğeleri geri alabiliriz.
• Kurallara aykırı davranış nedeniyle verilen yaptırımlarda, yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde, satın almalar için iade yapılmaz.
• Bir yaptırımın hatalı olduğunu düşünüyorsan aşağıdaki e-posta adresinden bize yazabilirsin.

7. Oyuncu içeriği

• Sohbet mesajların, oyuncu ve şirket adların, şirket açıklamaların ve postaların senin sorumluluğundadır.
• Bu içerikleri Oyun içinde diğer oyunculara göstermemiz için bize ücretsiz bir kullanım izni vermiş olursun.
• Kurallara aykırı içerikleri önceden haber vermeden silebiliriz. Genel sohbet mesajları 7 gün sonra kendiliğinden silinir.
• Profil müziği YouTube'un kendi oynatıcısıyla çalınır; kullanırken YouTube Hizmet Şartları da geçerlidir. Profiline yalnızca uygun içerikler koyabilirsin; uygunsuz bir müziği önceden haber vermeden kaldırabiliriz.

8. Erken erişim ve hizmetin sürekliliği

• Oyun erken erişim aşamasındadır: hatalar olabilir, özellikler değişebilir, kaldırılabilir ya da yenileri eklenebilir.
• Oyun internet bağlantısı gerektirir. Bakım, güncelleme ya da teknik sorunlar nedeniyle Oyun zaman zaman kullanılamayabilir.
• İlerlemeni korumak için özen gösteririz; ancak ciddi bir hata ya da hile durumunda oyun verilerinde düzeltme yapmamız gerekebilir.
• Oyunu ileride sonlandırabiliriz; bu durumda makul bir süre önce Oyun içinde duyururuz.

9. Fikri mülkiyet

• Oyunun yazılımı, görselleri, sesleri, metinleri ve tasarımı SIGNA GAME'e ya da lisans verenlerine aittir. İzin almadan kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, dağıtamaz ya da tersine mühendislik yapamazsın.
• Oyundaki telefon, marka ve işletim sistemi adları hayal ürünü parodilerdir; gerçek şirketlerle bir bağlantısı yoktur.

10. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde; Oyunun kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz ve Oyunun kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan, oyun verisi kaybından ya da sanal öğelerin değer kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Bu madde, yasaların sınırlandırılmasına izin vermediği sorumlulukları ve tüketici olarak sahip olduğun yasal hakları etkilemez.

11. Gizlilik

Verilerini nasıl topladığımız ve kullandığımız Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır. Hesabını ve verilerini hesap silme sayfasından sildirebilirsin.

12. Değişiklikler

Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfadadır ve üstteki tarih değişir. Önemli değişiklikleri Oyun içinde duyururuz. Değişiklikten sonra Oyunu kullanmaya devam etmen yeni şartları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

13. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici olarak yaşadığın ülkenin zorunlu hükümlerinden ve oradaki mahkemelere ya da tüketici hakem heyetlerine başvurma hakkından doğan hakların saklıdır.

These terms govern your use of the mobile game Cell Phone Tycoon (the "Game"), developed by SIGNA GAME. By downloading the Game, creating an account or playing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Who can play

• The Game is not directed to children under 13.
• If you are under 18, you should use the Game, and in particular make real-money purchases, only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your Google / Google Play Games account or as a guest. You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything done with it.
• A guest account is tied to that device only: if you uninstall the Game, reset the device or sign out, you may not be able to access your guest account again. We recommend linking your account to Google to keep your progress safe.
• Accounts are personal; selling, renting, transferring or using someone else's account is not allowed.
• Your player name, company name and descriptions must not be inappropriate (insults, hate speech, obscenity, impersonation); we may change or remove inappropriate names.

3. In-game money and virtual items

• In-game money (dollars), levels, VIP, cosmetics, titles and other virtual items can only be used inside the Game and have no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, refunded or sold outside the Game.
• When you buy or earn these items you receive a personal, non-transferable, limited license to use them in the Game; ownership remains with SIGNA GAME.
• Sending money to other players and VIP gifts are free gifts. Buying or selling in-game money or accounts for real money or anything else is prohibited; accounts involved will be sanctioned.
• We may change the Game's balance (prices, rewards, durations) to improve the Game; such changes may affect the in-game value of your virtual items.

4. Purchases

• All real-money purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Google Play shows the current price before you buy.
• VIP subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Google Play > Subscriptions; VIP then lasts until the end of the paid period.
• VIP gifts last 30 days and do not renew.
• The first-purchase discount can be used once per account, on the first real-money purchase. On a VIP subscription the discount applies to the first month only; from the second month the subscription renews automatically at the regular monthly price.
• The Starter Pack can be bought once per account and is on sale for 24 hours from the moment it is first shown in the game; a payment made after that is not confirmed and is refunded by Google Play. The VIP trial in the pack lasts 3 days and does not renew. The Premium Season Pass is valid only for the season in which it was bought; premium rewards of reached tiers (a one-time 3-day VIP 1, in-game cash, profile frames, a title) are granted when collected, and the VIP time does not renew. If the purchase is refunded, what the premium track granted is taken back.
• The Last Chance Pack is offered only to players who did not buy the Starter Pack, once per account lifetime, for 6 hours from the moment it is first shown in the game; a payment made after that is not confirmed and is refunded by Google Play. The 1-day VIP and 24-hour Ad-Free Pass in the pack do not renew; the Ad-Free Pass grants rewarded-ad rewards without watching an ad but does not remove cooldowns. The first-purchase discount does not apply to this pack.
• Piggy Bank: part of the in-game cash you earn is additionally saved in the piggy bank (in-game cash with no real value); breaking it is a product that can be bought again and again. It cannot be broken before it is at least 10% full; a payment made in that case is not confirmed and is refunded by Google Play. Breaking it adds the saved in-game cash to your account and grows the piggy bank. The saving rate and capacities may change for game balance.
• Digital content you buy is delivered to your account immediately after purchase. Refund requests are made through Google Play under Google Play's refund policies. If a purchase is refunded, the items granted by it (money, VIP time, titles, cosmetics, etc.) are removed from your account, so your in-game money may become negative.
• Your statutory rights under the consumer laws of your country are not affected.

5. Rules of conduct

To keep the Game fair and fun for everyone, the following are prohibited:

• Cheating: modifying the Game or using a modified version, or using bots, macros, auto-clickers, memory editors or similar tools.
• Deliberately exploiting bugs to your advantage. If you find a bug, please tell us via Settings > Report a Problem.
• Trying to access our servers without permission, disrupting the Game or overloading it.
• Insults, harassment, threats, hate speech, obscene content, spam, advertising or scams in chat or in names.
• Sharing your own or anyone else's personal information (phone number, address, passwords, etc.).
• Pretending to be a Game official or another player.

6. Sanctions

• If you break these terms we may issue a warning, a chat ban, or a temporary or permanent game ban, and we may remove in-game money and items obtained through cheating or bug exploits.
• To the extent permitted by law, purchases are not refunded when a sanction is applied because of rule violations.
• If you believe a sanction was a mistake, you can write to us at the email address below.

7. Player content

• You are responsible for your chat messages, player and company names, company descriptions and mail.
• You give us a free license to show this content to other players inside the Game.
• We may delete content that breaks the rules without notice. Global chat messages are deleted automatically after 7 days.
• Profile music plays in YouTube's own player; the YouTube Terms of Service also apply when you use it. Only add appropriate content; we may remove inappropriate music without notice.

8. Early access and availability

• The Game is in early access: there may be bugs, and features may change, be removed or be added.
• The Game requires an internet connection. It may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates or technical problems.
• We take care to protect your progress; however, in case of a serious bug or cheating we may need to correct game data.
• We may discontinue the Game in the future; if so, we will announce it in the Game a reasonable time in advance.

9. Intellectual property

• The Game's software, graphics, sounds, text and design belong to SIGNA GAME or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer them without permission.
• Phone, brand and operating system names in the Game are fictional parodies and have no connection to real companies.

10. Limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of game data or loss of value of virtual items arising from use of the Game. This section does not affect liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Privacy

How we collect and use your data is explained in the Privacy Policy. You can have your account and data deleted on the account deletion page.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page and the date above changes. We announce important changes in the Game. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not affect the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, including your right to bring a claim before the courts or consumer bodies there.
